UBDS achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification from QMS International

We are very pleased to announce that we have received certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, awarded by QMS International.

In order to achieve the two certifications our team worked very hard several months prior to ensure we have the right processes in place and we were well prepared for the certification phase. We then performed a 7 day gap analysis with the support of a QMS consultant to review the processes we already had in place, and to understand where we had to close gaps. Post the gap analysis, we then met with a 2nd QMS consultant who did the independent review and confirmed that we already had all of the controls in place. The consultant informed us that we were the only organisation he had seen in the last 12 months that had no gaps from that period, making certification from the QMS side an easy job to do.

ISO 9001 demonstrates our customer focus and commitment to delivering high quality services. We are proud to have the frameworks in place to ensure consistent quality when providing our customers with our services, with a view for continual improvement.

ISO 27001 is the international standard for Information Security. We are recognised as having the right security controls to protect information and data from being accessed, corrupted, lost or stolen.
