Screening Interview
The journey begins with a 30-minute meeting with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. This initial step helps us understand your skills, experience, and whether your aspirations align with our own and our practices. It also provides you with more of introduction to UBDS Digital, our culture and what you can expect from us as an employer and as a community.
Interview 1
The first formal interview is typically the hiring manager and possible senior members of the team. This is an opportunity for deeper discussions about your professional background, and really focussed on capability as well how you could fit into the team and contribute to our goals. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company, its goals and your potential career path.
Online Psychometrics
We use an innovative online assessment tool, to revolutionise our recruitment process.
